For deliveries within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product listing:

Delivery
If you would like your order shipped to another country, please send us an e-mail at contact@ponyloop.com stating the item and quantity along with the delivery address, including the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then let you know shortly whether we can ship to your desired country and, if applicable, inform you of the shipping costs, as we need to check the shipping options and costs with our shipping partner in advance. Delivery Time
Our team is working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Due to the currently high demand, delivery times may occasionally be longer. Despite high demand, your order should generally arrive within 1-3 weeks of receipt of payment. Only in rare cases can it take up to 40 days.
